ISE support for Trimaran, A How-to

The tool is about to finish, and will be released to the public shortly. With the finish of it, my time as a Ph.D student is also approaching its end. What I have to do next is writing up the thesis and going outside to the big wild world. I hope other researchers in the field of custom architectures can benefit from my papers and this tool. Doing open-source is always one of my dreams, and this tool is something I've done towards that way...

Living besides EPFL

坐落在洛桑西部的洛桑联邦理工大学（EFPL - Ecole Polytechnique Federale De Lausanne）风景秀丽。旁边相隔日内瓦湖的阿尔卑斯山脉在清爽的7、8月份清晰可人。我住的学生公寓在学校北面只有几百米的地方，每天步行只要10分钟就可以走到办公室。可惜现在接近10月份，天气两个星期内突然转凉（从24、5度到10度），风雨交加成了最近的主题。

Triaudes Student Hall

这个就是学生公寓的楼下入口处。在过来之前曾经在网页上面察看过这边的情形，建筑本身灰蒙蒙的，网页又做得很粗糙，当时看了以后心里面凉了半截。不过真实的情况却根本不是这样，貌似碉堡的外观内部整洁得一塌糊涂，虽然一开始卧室的床上连枕头床单也没有，哈哈（这可是和新加坡不一样啊）。这里所有学生都是单间，4个人一套房间，2个洗手间，厨房和吃饭的小厅。同住的有法国的Mathew（本科最后一年过来实习），乔丹的Fathi（读物流），还有伊朗的Navid（这个人是Stanford的EE，在寝室里进出非常快，有时是跑的）。这的缺点是，没有微波炉（但是有烤箱，我晕，搞得我经常买Pizza回 来烤），还有就是一个单元只有一台洗衣机，居然还是投币的，而且只能投1块和20分的硬币？！

Modest

傍晚回宿舍的时候，一路上的人行道旁都是这种低着头的路灯，谦逊的照顾着自己脚下的一小片道路。为别人服务，在中国人的观念里面似乎不是什么值得夸耀的事情，不过，这个路灯人人都会喜欢，而且我还保有尊敬。为什么？因为如果它抬起头来，发出的光就会刺到行人的眼睛，而它始终没有那么做。
